Shipping Policy Overview
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sun Lakes Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All products are made to order which means making the product itself or printing the design on the product. The production does not begin until the customer makes the order. We ship to the United States – 50 states.
Production and Shipment Processing Time
- Orders first go through production to make the final product (even if it is printing the design on the product), once complete it will ship.
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping costs vary by product. Some products may be free due to a limited promotion and others will fall into the range of 4.99-9.99 per product.
- Delivery Estimates: Based on your location and the shipping method offered and chosen.
Shipment Methods
- Options include Economy, Standard, and Express.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Damages
Sun Lakes Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
